Why does everything sell out so fast?
Our items are one off pieces or highly limited.
We post regular updates on our Instagram page (@thrifted.pk). Make sure to check our website as soon as a new collection goes live to purchase what you want!
When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is up to 7 working days (9 days total).
Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or due to other unprecedented events. You'll receive a text from the third party courier service with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. We appreciate your patience.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is 7 days. You will need to ship the item back to us within 7 working days of receiving your order and cover the cost of shipping.
To be eligible for an exchange, you need to request an exchange via Instagram DM (@thrifted.pk) or email (sales@thriftedbyclique.com) within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive the item, it will take us up to 7 working days to process the exchange and ship the exchange item to you.
Note: exchange & refund is only applicable to jeans.
Refund Policy
We offer cash refunds if
1) The wrong size is sent
2) The product is defected
3) On case to case basis
You will need to request a refund via Instagram DM (@thrifted.pk) or email (sales@thriftedbyclique.com) within 2 days of receiving your order. If eligible for a refund, you will need to ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it. Once we receive it, it will take us up to 7 working days to process the refund and transfer the money back to you.
